MBT Concept Business Retreat 2024

The value of an event is not measured by the size of the venue, but by the power of the story. An event is the moment when the audience stops being a spectator and becomes a co-author of the experience — leaving not only with a memory, but with the feeling of having been part of the narrative. That is the essence of event design.

MBT Concept entrusted us with the task of creating an intimate business retreat that would not be just a gathering, but an experience that fosters connection, introspective reflection on achieved results, and contemplation of future values and directions. At a rustic estate near Belgrade, we designed a one-day retreat for a carefully selected circle of guests, blending elegance with ease, business conversations with moments of genuine enjoyment.

Our role did not end with the event itself — we captured the moments through photography and video, and carried the atmosphere forward through the personal voice of our founder. In this way, the story of the retreat continued to live beyond the day itself, serving as both inspiration and communication with the wider community.

  • A Prosecco brunch as a light and elegant introduction to the day.

  • The morning begins with the scent of lavender and personalized welcome signs.

  • Sharing feedback through storytelling – honest, direct, and inspiring.

  • A scenography inspired by Italian rustic style: olive trees, wooden details, and a natural color palette.

Everything was designed to create an atmosphere of quiet luxury — a blend of old money aesthetics and simple, genuine moments.

The collaboration with MBT Concept began quite spontaneously.

I remember our first conversation being so informal that none of us even realized we were actually shaping a plan for the event. It started as one of those LinkedIn connections, strengthened by the sincere recommendation of a former client, and grew into a genuine relationship — with that very spontaneity becoming the guiding thread of the retreat itself.
The day at the estate showed that the best ideas emerge when we give trust, allow the project to breathe, and see ourselves not just as executors but as partners in creation.
